Redemption Instructions
1. Click "Redeem Vouchers" next to the Luau Package you purchased

2. Select your desired Luau date.
Note: If you would like to add transportation for $25/person to your reservation, please select a "with transportation" availability from the calendar.

3. Select the number of people covered in your Groupon voucher(s) from the dropdown selection, not number of vouchers you have*

4. Enter each voucher code for each person on that voucher (Ex: if you have a 2-person voucher, select 2 and enter that voucher code twice).
*If you have multiple 2-person or 4-person vouchers, you will need to make separate bookings under the same name so our reservations staff recognizes you are part of the same group and to seat you together. You may redeem up to four
1-person vouchers on a single reservation.

We offer comfortable round-trip transportation from several convenient pick-up locations in Waikiki and surrounding areas for just $30/person.

What happens if it rains?
We know many people have limited time here in Hawaii to experience a Luau. For this reason, the Luau typically runs in rain or shine. Our reservations department will contact you if there is a cancellation due to weather. See cancellation policy.
Can I sit with someone in a separate reservation?
You can enter the last names of any parties or separate reservations that you are joining at the Luau if you would like to be seated together. If you have already made your reservation and need to add this request, please email us at info@moanaluau.com or send us a live chat message here on the site!
Disabilities or Special Accommodations
Our goal is to make all of our guests comfortable! If you require special accommodations, have a wheelchair or have any other special requests - please contact us at (808) 926-3800 at least 48 hours in advance of your Luau date. Aloha Tower and the Luau grounds are ADA accessible.
How do I book with my Go City Pass?
To make a reservation using your Go City All-Inclusive Pass, click here. Ka Moana Luau is included as a Premium Attraction. Premium Attractions are included on 2, 3, 4, 5, or 7 Day All-Inclusive Passes, please ensure you have the correct pass type before booking.
Do you offer large group discounts?
We love helping you celebrate your special occasions, birthdays or life events! If you have a large group (30 people or more), please email us at info@moanaluau.com .
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must go through Ka Moana Luau. No cash surrender unless at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice of cancellation is given. No-Shows and cancellations received within a twenty-four (24) hour period are subject to the entire activity cost and processing fees. No same day cancellations will be accepted. Cancellations on behalf of Ka Moana Luau will result in full refunds.
